--- Today's Most Important Events in Homs and its countryside, Tuesday 19/11/2013 up to the moment:
- People of al-Wa'er neighborhood came out in funeral of yesterday masscre martyrs which cited by a rocket on al-Waleed Hospital, and the neighborhood was under shelling with mortar and heavy machine guns, while the siege continue on the neighborhood.
- Al-Ghantto was under heavy shelling with tanks and artillery, in conjunction with clashes happened against militias of abo al-Faddel al-Abbas, Talbiseh also was under artillery shelling and military aviation air raids.
- Shelling also renewed on Rastan, Dar al-Kbireh, al-Hula and al-Hossun "Krak des Chevaliers", and the siege wich made it regime forces on the city of Homs and its countryside continue, lack of medicines and baby milk too, and worsening conditions of living, medical and educational.
