Resúmen de los eventos en Homs (la capital de la Revolución Syria) y su zona rural, Sábado 23/11/2013:
Lanzaron los aviones de combate criminale de al-Assad incursiones s contra el barrio de al-Waer coincidiendo con violentos bombardeos de artillería en el barrio lleno de personas desplazadas lo que ha llevado a la muerte de una mujer joven y a la caída de un número de heridos y a la destrucción generalizada de edificios y viviendas con la continuación del bloqueo aplicado al distrito, y ha apuntado el frente islámico los lugares donde se centran las fuerzas del régimen de al-Assad en la refinería de Homs con un número de misiles Grad como respuesta inicial a la masacre de Karam al- Shami, y en al-Gontto se renovaron los enfrentamientos en el frente de al-Kom coincidiendo con el bombardeo sobre la ciudad con cañones 57 mm y fozdhika, y en Talbesa también se produjeron enfrentamientos violentos en el frente occidental de la ciudad , además de apuntar a hogares de civiles con ametralladoras pesadas estacionadas en el pueblo de Gburin (que es pro del régimen de Bashar al-Assad), también sufrió al-Houla violento bombardeo con artillería desde la barrera de Qurmos y la Fundación de agua, y en la aldea rural oriental declararón los rebeldes la liberación de el pueblo de Osmod y cogieron como botin un tanque, mientras se reanudaron los ataques y bombardeos sobre los varios viejos de Homs, Al-Qusur, al-Qarabis y Qal´at al-Hosson,todo viene como parte de una escalada violenta por parte del régimen de al-Assad en la mayor parte de la ciudad y su zona rural, con el continúo asedio y la falta de medicamentos ; leche para bebés y el deterioro de las condiciones de vida, médicas y educativas.

--- Summary of the most important events in Homs and its countryside, Saturday 23-11-2013:
- Crimenal military aviation launched two air strikes on al-Wa'er neighborhood in conjunction with heavy artillery shelling on the neighborhood which full of displaced people, and shelling resulted a young woman and many injuries in addition to massive destruction in residential buildings; and the siege on the neighborhood continue; Islamic Armed Front targeted regime forces gathered places in Homs Oil Refinery with many Grad missiles as reply to massacre of Karm al-Shami two days ago.
- In al-Ghantto clashes renewed on front line of al-Kom, in conjunction with shelling on the town with 57mm and fozdika cannons. In Talbiseh violent clashes happened on the western front line of the town in addition to targeting civilian housese with heavy machine guns by regime forces which based in Jabborin village. Al-Hula also was under heavy artillery shelling from Qurmos barrier and water foundation.
- In the eastern countryside, revolutionaries declared liberation Ossmod village and seize a tank.
- While shelling renewed on Old Homs neighborhoods, al-Qussour, al-Qarabies, and al-Hossun "Krak des Chevaliers"; also regime forces escalated its hostile fierce attack on most of the neighborhoods of city of Homs and its countryside, and continue its siege, lack of medicens and baby milk too, and worsening conditions of living, medical and educational.
